The program aims to identify and support the next generation of researchers by evaluating both academic accomplishments and contributions to the academic community.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The award categories include <em data-start=\"624\" data-end=\"653\">Innovation in Research (IT)<\/em> and <em data-start=\"658\" data-end=\"692\">Brilliance in Biotechnology (BT)<\/em> for students who have demonstrated outstanding research achievements and created value through their work. Additional categories\u2014<em data-start=\"822\" data-end=\"852\">Safety &amp; Security Leadership<\/em> and <em data-start=\"857\" data-end=\"891\">Mentorship in Service &amp; Teamwork<\/em>\u2014recognize graduate students who have contributed to fostering a strong culture of laboratory safety and security, as well as collaboration and communication.
